• Successfully Implemented the interconnect strategy leading to a continuous flow of revenues from inbound traffic streams. The work included enabling access to network from all other networks. This objective was achieved with great success.
• Developed the launch phase pricing structure for the entire mobile and fixed services including handset based services, payphone, asset management, satellite leased capacity, inter-operator tariffs with GSM roaming partners.
• Set the interconnect strategy with an objective to minimize the cost of terminating calls and ensure smooth traffic inflows with high grade of service.
• Negotiated and finalized a number of international interconnect agreements with global and regional carriers to ensure comprehensive connectivity and best practice rate
• Managed the wholesale carrier business relations between Millicom Ghana and other international carriers worldwide to ensure smooth and cost effective telephony traffic exchange.
